PJ started at the Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa in June 2003 as a student from the Cape Town Hotel School. Since then he has been working for both the Rubens at the Palace and 41 Hotel in London. First as receptionist and later being promoted to Night Manager. Returning in 2006 to Cape Town Pj took on the role of Concierge Team leader. Now PJ is back in London in 41 Hotel as Guest Experience Manager and is here telling us about bits of his RCH adventure |

Having worked in the company for many, many years Neil offers insight into the every day life in hotels and tells us about some of his many joys through the years. Neil is today considered an irreplaceable part of the building at the Milestone, by guests and staff alike having been part of making the hotel what it is today. |
