If English is your second language, this course is a unique opportunity to develop your conversational skills and improve your chances for advancement in the company, and beyond.

The Red Carnation Hotel Collection offers you the opportunity to learn English and improve your communication skills. Not many hotel companies still offer this, so this sets us apart from the others and shows that we truly care about the people that work for us.

The courses are designed to help you have confidence when talking to guests and colleagues. They address vocabulary and common phrases used in the hotel as well as giving you the chance to practise your English in a small group.

We run two courses a year. Classes are held once a week for twelve weeks and at the end of the course you will receive a recognised certificate for your work!
