On the one hand we expect you to show dedication, work hard, be loyal and have a friendly and professional manner.  On the other hand, we want you to know that you are valued by us and appreciated for the work you do.  So we give you the "tools" to do your job well by the training and development we offer, and in return we ensure you gain a qualification for many of the programmes you attend.

• RCH English Lessons
• Basic Food Hygiene
• Intermediate Food Hygiene
• Comprehensive in-depth Front Office Programme (endorsed by the  Institute of Leadership and Management)
