MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME 1 - GRADUATES
Devised for people who have a degree or HND (or equivalent) and are looking for a career that leads to becoming a Hotel General Manager, or higher.
The programme includes a month in one of our hotels abroad, so be prepared to travel! Our goal is for you to be able to step into a Head of Department role on completion of the programme. Find out more about how our Management Programme is structured. This is not set in stone, we recognise that everyone is different and your programme may reflect this.
