- 9 Months Front Office (Reservations, Reception, Concierge, Nights, Housekeeping, Yield and Revenue Management)
- 5 Months Food and Beverage Department (Conference & Banqueting, Bar, Lounge and Restaurant)
- 1 Month Human Resources
- 1 Month Accounts and IT
- 1 Month Marketing
- 1 Month Sales
- 1 Month Project work abroad (Geneva, Cape Town, Durban or Palm Beach, Florida)
- 6 Months Summer Lodge Country House Hotel, Restaurant and Spa
During this time you will also receive some formal training -
- 3 days Practical Training Certificate (An training qualification awarded through Stonebow)
- 5 days (plus work based assignment) Ambassadors in Management 2, leading to the Institute in Leadership & Management Introductory Certificate in First Line Management

You will be assigned an in-company mentor from the senior management team who will be there to help and guide you. You will also meet regularly with the Managing Director – so you are truly part of the management team from the start! We also encourage all our Management Programme Participants to get involved in projects and assignments to extend her/his knowledge and growth in the company. Ours is a programme that nurtures and helps the individuals in to successful hotel career.
