WORK PLACEMENTS

If you have visited the page on our graduate programme called The Management Programme you will have gained some understanding of the schemes available to graduates.  However if you are still studying at college, university or hotel school and you are looking for a work or industrial placement for 48 weeks or 6 months - we have a great programme available to you!

This supervised work placement is called Management Programme 3 and usually takes place in one department, covering all areas.  We link this on job development to formal off job training and during your work placement we encourage and support you to complete some specific development courses.

We hope that once you have completed your degree course you consider returning to the hotel industry (hopefully to The Red Carnation Hotel Collection).   We try to ensure that you have a great experience whilst you are working for us and that you are put through some valuable development that will prove useful to you in any walk of life!
