A fantastic opportunity to work as a Pastry Commis Chef working with an outstanding Pastry Chef who is always keen to train and develop junior members of the team.As Commis Pastry Chef you will be expected to assist with the production of fresh, seasonal desserts; bread and afternoon teas to AA Rosette standard.
The pastry kitchen supplies pastries for the entire hotel, catering for banquets, conferences, weddings, restaurants, room-service and an afternoon tea lounge.
All applicants will have at least 1 year experience working within a Hotel or Restaurant London pastry kitchen. You will have a good kitchen manner and have a willingness to learn. In return we offer long-term career opportunities with unrivalled training and development to ensure you excel.
