The kitchen is looking for a Chef de Partie to join this exciting and productive brigade. You will have the drive to succeed and a passion for cooking.
The ideal Chef de Partie should be passionate and dedicated in delivering excellent food and service. The main responsibilities in this role will include:
·Ensuring all food complies with consistently highest standards of quality, taste and presentation.
·Working within different sections in the kitchen
·Responsibility for junior staff development
·Ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
Previous experience in a similar role will be preferable.
