Hotel: The Old Government House Hotel and Spa

The food and beverage department is looking for a bar person to provide our guests with their various requirements within our established and ever-popular bar. Coffee, cocktails and champagne are all enjoyed within this busy location, serving the local business community, conference delegates, guests and visitors to the hotel.
The ideal candidate should have previous bar experience in a premium hotel property along with a good command of the English Language. You should be friendly, well presented, flexible and knowledgeable with cocktail preparation.
