"We are a family run small collection of five- and four-star hotels who fight the big chains for business. We will never have the same Sales and Marketing spend as these players, so it is my belief that we need to make an even better job of taking care of our guests."

In March 2012 I embarked on the next step of my career with Red Carnation Hotels having been offered the position of General Manager at The Egerton House Hotel. It is a wonderful property with a highly dedicated team of professional people who take great pride in our little gem.
With my team, I enjoy taking a personal care of our guests from the first introduction to every stage of your guest experience, through reservations, a warm welcome on arrival, looking after you while you are at your “new home away from home” and saying goodbye to our new found friends. I do hope that I will have the pleasure of personally welcoming you to The Egerton House Hotel.

I have been fortunate to work in all but one Red Carnation property in London. I started as Reception Manager in 2004 at The Montague and moved to The Milestone three years later. I was promoted to Front Office Manager at The Rubens in April 2011 and joined the Egerton in April 2012. It is my goal to make each and every guest's experience memorable without fail. With the dedication and passion for guest satisfaction of the entire Front Of House Team we promise to pay attention to every aspect of your stay with us. After nine years with the collection, I am still very excited to be part of this exclusive luxury collection of hotels.
I joined the Red Carnation Hotel Collection in June 2012 as the Reception Manager at The Old Government House Hotel in Guernsey. In November 2013 I was delighted to be promoted to Front of House Manager and after one year in that position I have been transferred to The Egerton House Hotel in the position of Operations Manager. I am proud to be working with such a great team at The Egerton House Hotel and we will do our best to make your stay with us as memorable as possible. I look forward to welcoming you soon.
I became a member of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection in 2001. My responsibility is to ensure that each and every one of our guests' needs are met in the most efficient and helpful manner - whether finding the most suitable choice of restaurant or bar, recommending the hottest new shows, planning a personalised tour or just providing a listening ear in those times when one is required.

My career at The Egerton started in 2001 as a room attendant and I am very proud to have been promoted to Executive Housekeeper in May 2008. Our rooms are stunning and we take enormous pride in the appearance of the rooms and the rest of the hotel. We feel this hotel is a true jewel and my team and I work very hard to keep this jewel as shiny and bright as possible.
