Join us for simply the greatest of all English traditions; Afternoon Tea served in the Palace Lounge every day, with last seating at 16.30hrs. Award winning Executive Pastry Chef Vincent Josse has carefully designed an Afternoon Tea menu marrying up this true English tradition with his French training.

Rubens Afternoon Tea at £23.00 per person, includes the following:-

  • Your choice of our tea varieties
  • Selection of sandwiches, including Ham and Wholegrain Mustard Mayonnaise, Cucumber and Cream Cheese, Free Range Egg Mayonnaise, Smoked Salmon and Chicken Finger Roll.
  • Selection of hand crafted treats, including Strawberry Financier, Raspberry Macaroon with Rosewater Cream and Lychee, 'Pina Colada', Apricot and Earl Grey Tea Charlotte, Milk Chocolate and Passion Fruit Tartlet.
  • Traditional Scones, Scones with Raisins and Chocolate Scones with Chocolate Chips.
  • Our home baked scones are served with Devonshire clotted cream, Vincent's homemade Strawberry Preserve & own recipe Chocolate Spread.

Royal Afternoon Tea at £29.00 per person, includes the following:-

  • Your choice of our tea varieties
  • Marmite Madeleine
  • Selection of home made sandwiches, including Ham and Wholegrain Mustard Mayonnaise, Cucumber and Cream Cheese, Free Range Egg Mayonnaise, Smoked Salmon and Chicken Finger Roll
