In either the very smart oak panelled Dorchester Room which can seat up to 16 around one table, or 24 cinema style, to the light and airy Conservatory which can seat up to 22 around one table or 30 cinema style, our meeting rooms are justifiably famous. Both venues are air-conditioned.

Included in the day delegate rate:-

• Hire of the meeting room from 08h30 to 17h30
• Delicious bacon butties and fruit smoothies served with fine teas and freshly brewed coffee on arrival
• Tea, freshly brewed coffee and homemade cookies served during your mid-morning break
• Enjoy a 2 course lunch in the Dining Room Restaurant, including a main course and dessert or a light buffet lunch of salads, sandwiches, soup, a hot dish and a choice of sweets served in the lobby of your meeting room
