This March, women staying at luxury London hotel the Egerton can look forward to the "ultimate girl's day out", according to London Town, at the Vitality Show at the Olympia centre in London.

Between March 27th and March 30th 2008, women can shop until they drop at the show, before retiring to luxury London hotel the Egerton.

Top attractions at the show include a Happiness Theatre, a hair salon, a BUPA health assessment centre, the Top Sante anti-aging clinic and Go For It challenge - all new for 2008.

Tried and tested favourites such as Vitality Day Spa, the Style Theatre and eve Champagne bar will all be returning to the centre for the show.

At the Day Spa, guests visiting from luxury London hotel the Egerton can treat themselves to pampering sessions by Aveda, Nirvana Spa and Dove Spa, where they can "recharge, relax and reinvigorate".

With 40,000 visitors expected to attend, London Town notes that this is "pampering on a grand scale".

Ladies can stock up on free beauty advice with lectures being held on topics such as anti-ageing to de-stressing.

Enjoy massages, makeovers, retail therapy and a good girls gossip before relaxing at the Champagne bar and swapping newly-found beauty tips.
