Guests staying at luxury London hotel the Milestone may wish to visit The Serpentine Gallery Pavilion this summer as Frank Gehry takes on the design reigns from artist Olafur Eliasson and architect Kjetil Thorsen.
This timber-structure known as the Serpentine Pavilion enables visitors to enter from the Gallery lawn and climb to its highest point for views over Kensington Gardens.
The Serpentine Gallery Pavilion is a continuing arrangement of temporary structures, installed by a variety of internationally acclaimed architects.
In 2006, Pavilion designers Rem Koolhaas and Cecil Balmond teamed up with with the artist Thomas Demand to create large-scale fresco within the Pavilion.

Past Pavilion architects include Koolhaas, Balmond, Eduardo Souto de Moura, Daniel Libeskind and Zaha Hadid.
This year's designer, Pritzker Prize-winning architect Frank Gehry is best known for designing Spain's Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles and Dancing House in Prague.
