Event: Jason in the Lap of the Gods

Relive the trials and tribulations of Jason, one of the best loved characters of Greek mythology, as he is brought to life once more at by the Miracle Theatre in Dorset this summer.

Jason in the Lap of the Gods will be performed at a selection of venues within reach of luxury Dorset hotel the Summer Lodge between July 19th and August 10th 2008

The Greek themes of love, death and fate will be explored in the theatre productions taking place at Sandford Orcas, Melbury Osmond, Durweston, Cranborne and Kimmeridge.

Jason in the Lap of the Gods is an open air summer production that tells the tale of Jason in his quest for the Golden Fleece.

Featuring all the favourite characters and props from dysfunctional gods and sirens to the band of Argonauts that sail with Jason, this is a not to be missed Dorset occurrence.

Guests are advised to bring a cushion or rug to sit on, as well as picnics if they are hungry in addition to warm and weatherproof clothing depending on the weather.
