Event: England versus South Africa at Lord's
Date: July 10th until July 14th 2008
The 2008 cricket season promises to deliver another year of exciting cricket at Lord's Cricket Ground in London.
While LondonTown predicts that a comfortable win will be enjoyed against New Zealand, it is the match against South Africa that will be the "real business of the summer".
Taking place between July 10th and July 14th 2008, guests staying at luxury London hotel the Chesterfield Mayfair will hopefully need to pack their sun cream for this series.
In between play, there are a number of things that must be seen at the famous cricket ground.
Those on family breaks to the cricket may want to take their youngsters to the dressing rooms where they can see the full honours boards at Lord's.
The home dressing room is number one within the Pavilion, while visitors use dressing room five.
And for guests visiting Lord's later on in the summer, the Kids 4 Free incentive scheme run jointly by MCC and Middlesex CCC in August allows under 16s to visit Lord's during Middlesex match days. Additionally, a range of coaching and tours activities will be offered to participants.
