The play Well comes to the Apollo Theatre

Lisa Kron's autobiographical play Well will transfer to the Victoria Apollo theatre from December 29th, where audiences will be given an insight into the relationship between a mother and her daughter.

The comedy focuses on Kron, an avant garde performance artist who tries to get her mum onstage with her to discuss topics including family, health, social activism and history.

However, mother and daughter have differing views on the subjects, with the parent providing answers and thoughts which baffle her child.

The result is a show which moves from one comedy moment to another, providing audiences with a thrilling and funny double act featuring a weak-bodied pensioner and a strong-willed daughter.

Natalie Casey, from the hit television show Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, will play the role of Kron.
