Event: Tampa Bay Blues Festival
Dates: April 9th to 11th
The Vinoy Waterfront Park is usually a place where couples and families go to enjoy a nice, relaxing picnic while the Florida sun shines down upon them.
For three days in April, however, it will become home to thousands of revellers from across the US and beyond who will come to see some of the world's best jazz musicians perform.
Since 1995, the Tampa Bay Blues Festival has been one of the world's preeminent blues music events, with legends such as George Thorogood, Jerry Lee Lewis and Koko Taylor singing hit after hit while the palm trees sway behind them.
This year will be no exception, with Shemekia Copeland, Joe Louis Walker and Sonny Landreth taking to the stage and moving the crowd with silky smooth jazz and blues.
When the last song is sung, visitors will need somewhere to rest before returning for the next day's festivities.
That place is the luxury Florida hotel the Chesterfield Palm Beach, where guests can enjoy the Get More From Your Stay package.
Visitors are offered a choice from a bottle of chilled Champagne, a romantic turndown on one evening, traditional English afternoon tea for two, a late checkout until 18:00 local time and an executive two-course lunch.
