An eclectic mix of ballet will be on show at the Royal Opera House in October when the Royal Ballet performs a varied programme of dances over a series of dates.
A total of five shows will take place between October 15th and 30th, giving guests at luxury London hotel the Milestone Hotel the chance to take in a performance at the world-famous venue.
The show begins with classic dance in the form of Ashton's response to Ravel's La Valse - which features a "wave" of performers - before moving on to the world premiere of a new work from Kim Brandstrup, combining the music of Francois Couperin with film projections.
This is followed by MacMillan's Winter Dreams - a portrayal of the "psychological passions, ambitions and sorrows" of the characters in Chekov's Three Sisters - before the performance is rounded off with Theme and Variations, a "technical tour de force" from Balanchine that features the entire Royal Ballet company.
