Summer may only just be drawing to a close, but it is never too early to start planning Christmas and many are likely to have given at least some thought as to what needs doing in preparation for the festive season.

Taking place between November 3rd and 7th at the London Olympia, the Spirit of Christmas Fair promises to offer a wide range of gifts and foods, which the organisers say are "hand-picked for their quality and originality".
In the Gift Hall, attendees will be able to browse boutique stores offering products that are rarely found on the high street, including gifts, fashion accessories and decorations.
Elsewhere, the Food Hall will feature culinary treats that will improve any festive meal, such as Cornish cheeses, award-winning Christmas puddings, Champagne and fine wines.
Those who book the Get More From Your Stay package at the Milestone hotel will be able to enjoy some Champagne without having to wait until Christmas, as a complimentary bottle of Veuve Clicquot is one of the gifts guests can choose from.
Alternatively, they can pick from a romantic turndown, three-course dinner for two or tickets for both the London Eye and Tower of London.
