Red Carnation Hotels appoints Melody Tauchman as Vice President of Sales for the US

Red Carnation Hotels, the boutique collection of 5 and 4 star family run hotels, has grown its team in the US by appointing Melody Tauchman as Vice President of Sales. This year Melody completes her 32nd year in the travel industry. She started her career at the Automobile Club of Southern California where Melody was positioned for 11 years. She then moved to Brendan Vacations, a sister company to Red Carnation Hotels, and has just celebrated her 20th anniversary with them. For 9 years Melody was Brendan’s District Sales Manager for Southern California, before moving into her current role as Director, National Accounts. Terry Holmes, Executive Director of Red Carnation Hotels comments that "We’re delighted to have Melody with us to strengthen our North American Sales team working alongside Frances Broussard as joint Vice President Sales - we know Melody will prove a great asset. This new appointment demonstrates our continuing commitment to the US market and the North American travel agency community." Melody started in her new role on the 1st of May, but will still retain her position at Brendan Vacations. She will be splitting her time equally between the two companies, both which are part of the same overall group.
