17/08/2007

For the fourth year running the Hôtel d'Angleterre, Red Carnation’s magnificent five-star hideaway in Geneva, will be hosting its annual summer subcontinental spectacular when a five-man team flies in from the Michelin star Tamarind restaurant in London. This three-week extravaganza runs from 30 July to 18 August in the hotel’s garlanded Windows Restaurant, and is a great opportunity to discover the exciting flavours of north west India in a fabulously luxurious setting.

To tie in with this Eastern extravaganza the Hotel d’Angleterre – one of Switzerland’s finest establishments, romantically located on the shores of Lake Geneva – is offering guests a special chance to enjoy its superb décor, celebrated personal service, and relaxing atmosphere. All guests booking an Enchanting Indian Delicacy experience before 15 July will receive a complimentary drink and souvenir, together with:

  • Delicious daily buffet breakfast
  • A gastronomic Indian four-course dinner for two created by the Tamarind’s renowned chef Alfred Passat and his team, served at Windows Restaurant
  • Access to the hotel’s health and sauna facilities
  • Daily newspaper of your choice
Rates are from CHF610.00 for one night, based on two people sharing a double room, including VAT and service charges and excluding Geneva city tax of CHF 3.25 per person per night.
