What is RSS?
A news feed ( also known as an RSS feed) is a way to get news and information from a number of sources in one place. RSS feeds are updated automatically whenever new content is published to the site.  A news reader is used to "subscribe" to RSS feeds, which means they download lists of stories at an interval that you specify and present them to you in your reader. News feeds are usually made up of a headline, a brief description and a link to the full story. Red Carnation Hotels uses RSS feeds to publish our latest press releases and podcasts as soon as they are made available.
