We also know that our guests will want to do their bit to help us in our efforts to conserve natural resources. When you arrive in your room you’ll find a helpful sheet that sets out the initiatives already in place and tips on how you can help. These include asking whether you require an envelope with your bill, information on recycling within our hotels, reminders on turning off lights when they’re not needed, and advice on minimizing the washing of towels and bedlinen.
It goes without saying that your wishes are paramount at all times, and the last thing we want you to feel is under any pressure to compromise the comfort of your stay. But we also know that the vast majority of our guests recognize the importance of these measures in a world of dwindling resources, and we thank you in advance for your assistance.
