Throughout the year, Executive Chef Daniel Collins will be cooking with classic products, using only seasonal British items from sustainable farming resources that we at The Rubens are proud to support.
In honour of National Bramley Apple Week, Daniel has put together a selection of offerings throughout the hotel.

Aziz and his team invite you to the 2 AA Rosette fine dining Library Restaurant where you can enjoy a special 5-course apple tasting menu, available for one month only.
The apple tasting menu is priced at £39.50 per person. For reservations please contact the Concierge desk on extension 625.

Our Bar Manager Ilya Demenkov has chosen a great classic – Appletini. The perfect cocktail to celebrate apple month.

It is also 'Martini Madness' in our Cavalry bar - enjoy classic gin and vodka martinis or maybe try a more contemporary offering such as a Beetroot Martini.
Cake of the Day
For the month of February our Pastry Chef Sophie Mackenzie has chosen Dorset Apple and Cinnamon Cake. In keeping with our month long apple theme, this beautifully moist cake will be on offer throughout February.

Valentine's Day
It's that time again, where lovers take over the city! This Valentine's Day, The Rubens at the Palace will be putting on a special dinner for you to enjoy with your sweetheart.
