Enthusiasts looking to expand their knowledge of wine, or amateurs who simply love sampling new and exciting vintages, will relish the specials wine events that are a regular feature in many of our hotels. Our exceptional roster of sommeliers regularly host events that offer an informal but informative exploration of the world of wine, especially some of its less well know delights, with plenty of entertainment to be enjoyed along the way. We are also happy to offer exclusive events for groups, so if you’re looking for a corporate event or employee incentive evening with a difference, here’s the solution.

Pride of place among our wine events, however, must go to the Wine Dinners regularly held at The Milestone in London and Summer Lodge in beautiful Dorset. Hosted by two of the country’s most respected sommeliers, these provide a memorable and highly popular evening of wine tasting and talk accompanied by sumptuous cuisine. Prices vary depending on the wines under discussion, but be sure to book early as these have become highly sought-after events.
