Dear Malcolm,
Words could not convey how much both Lynnette and myself have enjoyed ourselves, both at the Rubens and the 41. Our anniversary has been made both incredibly special and memorable. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the fruit in the room, to the champagne, to the warm smiles and conversation, to the rose pedals and candles.
The Easter Party was a wonderful well set up and managed event. Our first experience, and not last, of a chocolate martini.
You must please pass on our sincerest thanks to your team (Sara, Philippa, Susan, Steve, Sal, Peter, Ryan and the 41 Team to name but a few and certainly not forgetting yourself Malcolm). They have surpassed themselves in a Customer Service approach and are a shining example to your industry.
If God is in the detail, then this has been the most Divine of experiences, one that will remain in our memories for many years to come.

We have just enjoyed our fifth stay at Ruben's and we just love it. The welcome is always warm and the service impeccable. We would not wish to stay anywhere else in London and look forward to our next visit in the not too distant future.

We recemtly stayed at The Rubens at the Palace and had a wonderful time. Not only was the hotel very affordable it was also very clean and comfortable and was in a great location. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
