Four Quartets

An adaptation of TS Eliot’s celebrated poem, Four Quartets features contemporary dance solos, compelling passage recitals and a fabulous score by Finnish composer Kaija Saariaho. This unprecedented performance is the first to be authorised by the TS Eliot Estate, making it one of London’s top May events.

Leonardo da Vinci: A Life in Drawing

Considered one of the greatest talents in history, Leonardo da Vinci’s works span an impressively broad scope of interests. To mark 500 years since his death, The Queens Gallery at Buckingham Palace—just a short walk from The Rubens at the Palace—is staging a new exhibition: Leonardo da Vinci: A Life in Drawing. Bringing together more than 200 of the polymath’s sketches and illustrations, it’s the largest exhibition of its kind in 65 years.

Celebrating the second centenary of Queen Victoria’s birth on 24th May 1819, Kensington Palace reveals Victoria 2019, an exhibition dedicated to the monarch’s life. Located a few minutes’ walk from The Milestone Hotel, explore the rooms that the young princess inhabited with her mother, and learn about her life as Queen in the palace’s Pigott Gallery.
