Taking in a theatrical performance is one of the highlights of any trip to London, and the experience is only heightened by the addition of an al fresco setting under the stars. This summer, London is hosting a spectacular programme of outdoor performances, from classic Shakespeare plays to ballet and contemporary dance and even musical theatre. If you’re staying at The Rubens at the Palace and plan to visit an outdoor show, why not take a sumptuous Picnic in the Park hamper with you, for the ideal theatrical accompaniment.
