Pastry Chef de Partie

The Kitchen department is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team. You should have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills and an approachable and friendly personality.

Culinary Skills & Qualifications Criteria:

  • Successfully graduated with a professional culinary arts degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role within a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
  • Good knowledge and practical pastry chef skills is essential
  • Proven experience and ability to manage all cost controls within the section e.g. food cost, labour, etc
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English

The ideal candidate for the Pastry Chef de Partie position will enjoy working within a friendly and productive team and have excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position, working five days a week between Monday and Sunday.
