The Bars Manager will be responsible for the success of the operational running of The Calvary Bar, Afternoon Tea at the Palace Lounge and The Leopard Champagne and Cocktail Bar. A highly passionate, personable and engaging leader, the Bars Manager will have an in depth knowledge of Food & Beverage service, current beverage and afternoon tea trends and hotel operations.
The ideal candidate will thrive in the running of the daily operation of a series of busy outlets. They will be ‘the face’ of the bars and lead to team from the front. They will ensure repeat business by developing great relationships with guests.
The ideal candidate should:
- Professional qualification in bar service or drinks preparation, either from a college or professional organisation
- Worked in a similar role as a bar/lounge manager in a 5* establishment
- Advanced bar skills
- Afternoon tea service
- Team Management
- Succession planning, coaching of training
- Be eligible to work in the UK
