Canteen Chef

The Chesterfield Mayfair Kitchen, led by our Executive Head Chef Nathan Hindmarsh is looking for a Canteen Chef to join its friendly brigade.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cooking the staff canteen for lunch and dinner service
  • Setting up and clearing down after lunch and dinner
  • Preparing salads and dressings for the salad bar
  • Ensuring that the canteen is kept clean, safe and hygienic at all time
  • Minimising wastage at all times

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a passion for cooking
  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Have a good health and safety and food hygiene awareness
  • Communicate effectively in English
  • Be positive, punctual, reliable and have a flexible attitude
