The Chesterfield Mayfair Kitchen, led by our Executive Head Chef Nathan Hindmarsh is looking for a Canteen Chef to join its friendly brigade.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cooking the staff canteen for lunch and dinner service
- Setting up and clearing down after lunch and dinner
- Preparing salads and dressings for the salad bar
- Ensuring that the canteen is kept clean, safe and hygienic at all time
- Minimising wastage at all times
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a passion for cooking
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Have a good health and safety and food hygiene awareness
- Communicate effectively in English
- Be positive, punctual, reliable and have a flexible attitude
