The Chesterfield Mayfair Kitchen, led by our Executive Head Chef Ben Kelliher is looking for a Commis Chef to join its vibrant and friendly brigade.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting all sections, in particular the larder section and preparing dishes to the required standard and specification
- Preparing food for all food outlets including the restaurant, bar and room service
- Ensuring that kitchen stations are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
The ideal candidate should:
- Have previous experience in a similar role within a five or four star hotel or fine dinning restaurant
- Have a good health and safety and food hygiene awareness
- Have good knowledge of using a wide range of kitchen equipment
- Communicate effectively in English
- Be eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis
- Be positive, punctual, reliable and have a flexible attitude
