Chef de Partie

The Milestone’s kitchen team is looking for a Chef de Partie with pastry experience to join its award-winning and exciting kitchen brigade led by our Executive Head Chef, Alex Diamantis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and setting up the larder section and any other section if needed
  • Preparing afternoon tea, pastries and a la carte desserts on the pastry section
  • Maintaining high health and safety standards
  • Training junior members of staff
  • Controlling stock levels, labelling and dates
  • Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have previous experience within a similar role
  • Have experience in Pastry
  • Have a friendly, flexible and professional attitude
  • Communicate effectively in English
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
