Breakfast and Lunch Cook

The Food and Beverage team is seeking highly motivated and well-organized Breakfast and Lunch Cook to join the team. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participates in the preparation and cooking of all food required in the hotel
  • Achieves and maintains the hotels standard of cuisine
  • Maximizes food sales at all times
  • Introduces new menus when required
  • Participates in receiving stock, inspecting thoroughly for quality and quantity against invoices and purchase requests
  • Ensures an efficient system of storage and issuing of stock is maintained
  • Participates in monthly inventory of all food items
  • Inspects kitchen area and equipment for any defects or damage to conform to Health and Safety legal obligations
  • Maintains a comprehensive kitchen-cleaning program
  • Communicates with the Food and Beverage Manager and Sales Department

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a culinary degree or equlvilate degree
  • Previous experience in culinary operation
  • Excellent organizational skills along with superior leadership skills
  • Be eligible to work in the US
