We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at The Lodge at Ashford Castle

Culinary Skills and Qualifications Criteria:

  • Successfully graduated with a professional culinary arts degree
  • Previous experience at a similar level within a similar hotel environment
  • Good knowledge and practical chef skills
  • Knowledge of and adherence to Food Hygiene and HACCP Regulations
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English

The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie position will enjoy working within a friendly and productive team and have excellent communication skills. The core emphasis of this role will primarily be in ‘hands on’ capacity where the person will be involved in day to day cooking, running sections, administration, etc.

  • Ability to handle pressurized situations and busy periods
