Demi Chef de Partie

The Milestone kitchen is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join its award-winning and exciting kitchen brigade led by our Executive Head Chef, Alex Diamantis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting and running the larder section on a daily basis
  • Being in charge of a section in the absence of a Chef de Partie
  • Preparing and assisting with the staff meals
  • Making sure ordering is done correctly and on time
  • Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
