The Milestone kitchen is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join its award-winning and exciting kitchen brigade led by our Executive Head Chef, Alex Diamantis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting and running the larder section on a daily basis
- Being in charge of a section in the absence of a Chef de Partie
- Preparing and assisting with the staff meals
- Making sure ordering is done correctly and on time
- Ensuring that sections are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
