We are looking for someone who can assist the banqueting coordinator team in making restaurant reservations to sell all Food and Beverage outlets. The person must have a basic knowledge of how restaurants operate and must have previous computer experience.
Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:
- Matriculation certificate (or the equivalent)
- Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft word and excel.
- Previous experience in restaurant reservations is required
Key Performance Objectives:
- Making restaurant reservations through the use of professional telephone etiquette
- Building relationships with guests, departments and overall enhance the Oyster Box in all interactions
- Ensure all information is taken down correctly and communicated to relevant departments
- Liaison between guests and internal departments to ensure overall experience is spectacular
- Ensure highest level of efficiency, speed of delivery and accuracy in all interactions
