- The elegant Pearl Room, with mirrored walls and exquisite hand-blown crystal Venetian chandeliers and views of the iconic lighthouse and Indian Ocean, has an air of luxury and opulence and can accommodate up to 120 people in various seating arrangements. Popular for weddings, dinners, large events and conferences, this is one of the hotel’s most sought after venues.
- The Shell Room, in hues of blue reflecting the moods of the ocean outside, can be configured to suit a variety of small to medium-sized events of up to 20 guests.
- The Durban July, catering for 30-60 persons (seating set-up dependent), provides a fascinating pictorial journey of the renowned Durban July horseracing event and is the perfect room for workshops, cocktail functions, presentations or meetings. In addition, a patio provides an ideal outdoor element to this function area (weather permitting).
- Both the Union Castle, catering for up to 30 guests, with memorabilia echoing the heyday of the revered cruise-liner and the Colony Room, are ideal venues for smaller gatherings, seminars or meetings of up to 20 persons. Satellite video conferencing facilities are available in the Union Castle.
